Welcome to the Arizona State Cartographer's Office.
The Arizona State Cartographer's Office is dedicated to improving access to GIS information and geospatial data. Below are new geospatial web services that are available for your use.
Development of statewide Enterprise GIS will enable applications for homeland security, emergency response, wildland fire and support the program and
business needs of agencies.
The Ramona GIS Inventory is an easy to use, no cost resource
which allows state/local/federal agencies to create a profile
about their organization, data holdings, distribution and management policies. The system provides a very quick way to search these GIS profiles and discover geospatial data in Arizona.

The ArizonaMap is an online viewer for Arizona Framework and other available data and as a companion application to the Arizona Geodata Portal. It is anticipated that the ArizonaMap will continue to grow to host more Arizona geospatial data
The Arizona Geodata Portal is an initiative of the Arizona Geographic Information Council and is maintained and hosted by the Arizona State Cartographer’s Office and the Arizona Land Resource Information System (ALRIS). The Portal is designed to provide GIS users with links to Internet map services, FGDC compliant metadata, and geospatial data downloads. The AGIC Portal was created to provide access to geospatial data resources for Arizona agencies.

The Arizona Imagery Server is an ArcIMS map service that allows the viewing of Arizona orthophotography. The service is intended to be used as a map service in desktop GIS applications, but the online viewer may also be used by those without access to GIS software. The imagery is not available for download due to the large size of the data files.
The goal of the GeoServer is to provide efficient, effective and timely access to geodetic coordinate control data, including horizontal and vertical geodetic control and Public Land Survey System corners. The GeoServer provides centralized access to coordinate control data and the ability to discover coordinate control spatially.
